Lots of Christmas Cards for Etsy

I found these cards from last year while I was getting my Christmas supplies out for this year. Yep, it feels so early but holidays are just around the corner. I must have made them but never put it up for sale. So they will go to Etsy one by one now :)

I must have created these cards to use up the scraps after finishing an album and they never got photographed and season must have been over by then so they sat with christmas stash for about a year. But they look absolutely beautiful.
Actually I was completely surprised to find them! There I said it!! I sometimes don't remember what all I have :)

There is glitter on lot of them - stickles for additional sparkle, glittered cardstock, shiney ric rac etc.

More Notepad holders and Mini Book for Etsy

I went to the flea market for the first time last saturday. It was so much fun digging through all the vintage junk over there. There were few very nice show pieces, furniture etc. but we have no place to keep any of those stuff. I found a vintage song book from there for very cheap. I used that as cover for one of the notepad holders.

I also bought new papers from Basic Grey's new line Urban Prairie as well as Amy Butler's new paper pack from Michaels. I played with BG papers and came up with a 4" x 4 " mini album. It has so many fun colors and was very quick to make.

Also made another Cancer awareness "Hope" notepad holder. I still had some Pink Ribbon paper scrap pieces so thought to put it to good use.

Cancer "Hope" Album

I came across this beautiful poem "Cancer is so limited" and decided to base the album on that. I used each motivational line from the poem as one page and added lots of other inspirational sayings and quotes. I added lot of additional envelope, library pocket, tags, half page, scallop pages etc. in between to make it more interesting.

Baby Girl "Bundle of Joy" Chipboard Flip Album

Weekend came and went by! I was busy busy busy!

I reorganized all my scrap supplies!! Well, to tell you the truth I was made to re-organize. It was not my first choice to spend the weekend going through all the boxes of buried supplies. If it was up to me, I would have preferred to get busy creating some exciting projects anytime over cleaning. But my husband had different plans for me! He has been telling me to clean the supplies for quite some time and every time I was taking it easy and saying not this weekend!! He was getting frustrated by seeing supplies in every single room and every single table ( ok make it every single open spot ) ;) Smart that he is, he pulled out all the boxes, organizers etc. on the floor and started going through them. So I had no other option but to join him and CLEAN my own supplies. He helped me in every single thing and I am really thankful because I know I would have never taken time out to re-explore those buried treasure in some of the boxes.

I also purged few things that I knew I was never going to use but was feeling guilty to throw it away! But it had to be done. Now there is so much room on my Ikea Bookcase as well as on Expedit! Yes people, I do have Ikea Expedit that every scrapbooker rave about but I still have to make full use of it.

I also rearranged all my embellishments/stickers. I store them in binder in the original packaging. And go through them before starting the projects. But lately, I haven't been putting them by theme so it was all mixed up and had to go through each binder to see what I have. So I took out all the stickers out and arranged them by theme so it will be much easier and less time consuming to find the piece that I need for the project.

The best thing is I can see entire work desk NOW :) Will see for how long it stays that way..Ha ha ha..

I would like to share another creation of mine - Baby Girl themed Flip album "Bundle Of Joy" -

I would like to hear which setting of props works for you??

Materials used - DCWV Baby girl papers, K & Company glitter stickers, prima flowers, crochet flowers, ribbons, eyelets, acrylic tag, ric rac, brads, binder clip, bind-it-all for sprial binding etc.
